WELCOME
Despite winning an award for photography as a young teenager, my photography was soon after put to one side, to create a portfolio for Art School in 1989. After that time photography did not surface very much on my creative radar, other than to photograph my own subject material for paintings, as first and foremost I am a visual artist. It has always been my intention to take photography by the reigns once again, but never using traditional methods. For instance, the photographs you see here are all taken with an iPhone 4S. My view of the world changed when I began to look again through the lens in many good ways, and I would say that it has cleared my vision, and opened up a whole new world of potential for my drawings. It is my pleasure to share with you my personal collection of some of my best photographs.
